The on target earning potential of this role is £XX, made up of a base salary of up to £34k, committed minimum tronc of £xx, and an additional qualified estimate of £1 in service charge, per hour worked.*

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INVOLVE:

Lead by example, setting clear standards for your team and ensuring they are met at all times.

Encourage attention to detail throughout the kitchen and maintain a culture of care and precision.

Follow company and Head Chef standards to maintain consistency across all dishes.

Monitor customer feedback — positive and negative — and take action to continually improve.

Manage kitchen margins through effective stock control, waste reduction, and accurate monitoring of deliveries.

Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where everyone feels supported and motivated to deliver great service.

Oversee all aspects of kitchen health and safety, including stock rotation, food labelling, cleaning schedules, and completion of H&S records.
