The on target earning potential for this role is up to £14 per hour - comprising of a base hourly rate of up to £13, plus a qualified estimate of £1 per hour*

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to help lead our Henry’s team during service and uphold the standards that make a Woodford venue special. You’ll set the tone for service, support the team day to day, and make sure every guest experience feels effortless, genuine, and memorable.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INVOLVE:

• Lead by example on the floor during key service times, ensuring standards, consistency, and atmosphere are always on point.

• Serve and host guests with confidence and professionalism, setting the tone for the wider team.

• Maintain high standards across all food and beverage service.

• Take pride in what makes a Woodford venue special - ensuring the atmosphere feels warm and inviting, and every detail looks considered and well cared for.

• Lead pre-service briefings to keep the team informed, engaged, and ready to deliver.

• Oversee opening and closing duties.

• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where everyone feels supported and motivated to deliver great service.

• Stay alert to any maintenance, repair, or guest-related issues and report them promptly to management to ensure the best possible guest experience.

• Cash and stock handling.
