The on target earning potential for this role is up to £14 per hour - comprising of a base hourly rate of up to £13, plus a qualified estimate of £1 per hour*
ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to help lead our Henry’s team during service and uphold the standards that make a Woodford venue special. You’ll set the tone for service, support the team day to day, and make sure every guest experience feels effortless, genuine, and memorable.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INVOLVE:

Lead by example on the floor during key service times, ensuring standards, consistency, and atmosphere are always on point.

Serve and host guests with confidence and professionalism, setting the tone for the wider team.

Maintain high standards across all food and beverage service.

Take pride in what makes a Woodford venue special - ensuring the atmosphere feels warm and inviting, and every detail looks considered and well cared for.

Lead pre-service briefings to keep the team informed, engaged, and ready to deliver.

Oversee opening and closing duties.

Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where everyone feels supported and motivated to deliver great service.

Stay alert to any maintenance, repair, or guest-related issues and report them promptly to management to ensure the best possible guest experience.

Cash and stock handling.
