The on target earning potential for this role is up to £13.21 per hour - comprising of a base hourly rate of up to £12.21, plus a qualified estimate of £1 per hour in service charge.*

We’re after Front of House stars with big smiles and a love of great hospitality. At Milly's Bistro you’ll help keep our neighbourhood bistro buzzing - greeting guests, serving with charm, and making sure everyone leaves happier than they arrived.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INVOLVE:
Serving and hosting guests.
Maintain high standards across all food and beverage service.
Take pride in what makes a Woodford venue special - ensuring the atmosphere feels warm and inviting, and every detail looks considered and well cared for.
Build rapport with regular guests and contribute to repeat business.
Complete opening and closing procedures to company standards.
Build strong working relationships with colleagues.
Stay alert to any maintenance, repair, or guest-related issues and report them promptly to management to ensure the best possible guest experience.
Cash and stock handling.
