Up to £13.21 per hour.

​The on target earning potential for this role is up to £13.21 per hour - comprising of a base hourly rate of up to £12.21, plus a qualified estimate of £1 per hour in service charge.*

We’re after Front of House stars with big smiles and a love of great hospitality. At Milly's Bistro you’ll help keep our neighbourhood bistro buzzing - greeting guests, serving with charm, and making sure everyone leaves happier than they arrived.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INVOLVE:

  • Serving and hosting guests.

  • Maintain high standards across all food and beverage service.

  • Take pride in what makes a Woodford venue special - ensuring the atmosphere feels warm and inviting, and every detail looks considered and well cared for.

  • Build rapport with regular guests and contribute to repeat business.

  • Complete opening and closing procedures to company standards.

  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues.

  • Stay alert to any maintenance, repair, or guest-related issues and report them promptly to management to ensure the best possible guest experience.

  • Cash and stock handling.
